Sometimes you may need to merge and organize everything in a compact PDF file. So you can make sure everyone gets all the materials you send them. For instance: When you scan a document into your system, Your scanner program will create a single file of the scan and allow you to save it to the location of your choice. However, if you would like to combine scanned pages into one document, you can use our programs to do it.

You can join PDF files by our online program or PDFConvert desktop software for Windows.

Use this form to upload local PDF files and join the PDF files into one file.

1. Click the "Choose File" button (different web browsers may have different button names such as "browse..."), a browse window will open, select a local Adobe PDF file and click the "Open" button. Set start page and end page you want to join.
2. Repeat step 1 to add more PDF files. Click the "Join Now!" button to join files. Wait a few seconds for the task to finish.
3. You can download or view the PDF files on your web browser when task is complete. No email address required to receive files.

After installing PDFConvert software, click Start - Programs - PDFConvert - PDFConvert to run.

Click the "PDF Tools" Toolbar, Click the "Join PDF" button on the left, click the "Add Files" button. Browse windows will be opened, choose local PDF files (*.pdf) and click Open. When selecting a PDF file, PDFConvert will check the PDF file's security information. PDFConvert will automatically remove owner password and restrictions if the PDF file is secured by owner password. PDFConvert will prompt to enter user password if the PDF file is secured by user password which is unable to crack.

The files selected will be shown on the list. You can select a PDF file on the list and click the "Drag Up" or "Drag Down" button to adjust its position. You can set start page number and end page number for each PDF file on the right. Click Settings button on the top to show PDF settings. You can set page, layout, watermark or security options.

Click on Convert button. PDFConvert will join all PDF files you selected and open the target folder after joining.
